"REPRESENTING YOUR CLIENT IN MEDIATION"
Objective: To prepare attorneys to effectively
represent their clients when mediation is a settlement option.
This course is designed for attorneys who represent clients in mediation and other
collaborative problem-solving processes. The course answers many question attorneys
have about choosing mediation as an option to other ADR processes and litigation.

- What's the difference between transformative, facilitative, and evaluative mediation

Trainers
Cheryl Cutrona is the Executive
Director of Good Shepherd Mediation Program. She is a mediator, trainer, facilitator,
writer, and editor. She mediates for the PA Dept. of Education Office of Dispute
Resolution, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Postal
Service. Ms. Cutrona holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and has received
her JD from Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
