Promote Peace in Your Neighborhood

What is the issue in YOUR neighborhood?
CORA Good Shepherd Mediation, Philadelphia’s only community mediation center, would like to educate your civic association members about mediation.
Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process for resolving disputes with the help of a mediator. Without offering advice or making decisions for the parties, the mediator facilitates the communication session, encourages peacemaking and helps the parties put their decisions in writing. Eighty-five percent of the disputes that reach mediation result in a written settlement between the parties.
People use mediation to resolve interpersonal disputes involving families, friends, neighbors, employers and employees, consumers and merchants, landlords and tenants and others.
Call today to book a FREE mediation orientation and learn how this valuable resource can help your neighbors resolve disputes before they escalate into crime and violence.
